3D LASER SCANNING

Our company provides 3d Scanning and STL Data production services to many sectors from the Automotive to the Machinery-Manufacturing sector, from the Medical sector to Furniture, Footwear, Accessories, and cultural and artistic products, with high resolution and precision Hand Held 3d scanning devices.

Our biggest feature is that the obtained Mesh data has very high quality and measurement precision. After the point cloud obtained with our high-tech scanning devices is organized and optimized with special software, it is offered to our customers.

After positioning the data obtained by 3D scanning, we can deliver it in formats such as STL, as well as provide the necessary support in quality control or reverse engineering according to the demands of our customers.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

3D Scanning: A series of 3D scanning technologies are used to capture millions of points that define the object's geometric features. The raw raster data is called a "Point Cloud" which can be used to get dimensions. This data cloud is used in quality control work or as a guide for building a CAD model.

Creating a Mesh Model: The next step is to create a mesh model, unless the project requires the model to be created from the point cloud.

CAD Model Creation: Using the mesh or point cloud as a guide, the CAD model is created.
