The NimbleTrack Gen2 is Scanology’s latest wireless optical 3D measurement solution. Thanks to its innovative Wireless Tracking system, users can freely scan large work areas without the need for complex cable connections.
High Speed and Precision
Capturing 6,630,000 measurement points per second at 120 FPS, the system delivers extremely fast data acquisition. The system accuracy is 0.025 mm, with volumetric accuracy at 0.059 mm, providing excellent measurement results for both small details and the overall geometry of large parts.
Non-Target Scanning
The NimbleTrack Gen2 can scan directly over surfaces without placing target markers, saving time—especially in fast-paced production environments.
Portable and Durable Design
Weighing only 1.3 kg, the device is easily portable for field use. Its rugged design ensures reliable operation in industrial environments at temperatures ranging from –10°C to +40°C.
